Swimming Stadium
This project, which is the master thesis of Niloofar Shabani, is a swimming pool stadium with a retractable roof. The site of the project is in Tehran province, Safadasht city. Designing the roof was a major aspect of this project. After being familiar with other types of retractable roof FBS and then RRPS was chosen to be a structure for the retractable roof of the stadium.

Roof Structure/
After deliberation in the FBS system and be known how to draw this function in geometry, The model of FBS was drawn with grasshopper in rhinoceros and an algorithm for making other types with different positions or shapes was obtained. As the process in FBS, RRPS was drawn and the algorithm was found then. With mathematical study and pull the founded algorithms to charts and diagrams, this thesis achieved the most geometrical optimized shape of RRPS for retractable roofs.
