Brief/
Sustainable development is regarded as a pivotal factor in smart urban planning. Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) is a well-known land-use transportation integration (LUTI) planning method, which can fulfill sustainable development objectives. In this project, a new spatial index is developed to measure TOD levels in neighborhoods of Ghazvin.
A comprehensive animation was created to show the effect of TOD implementation and urban rehabilitation on the area. The method is using pictures of the actual condition of the railway area, main yard, and platforms and turning them into an animated video.
