Diamond Cafe

The main purpose of this project was to create a link between the past and the present. In such a way that all the valuable specifications of this historical building preserves. On the other hand, some modifications had to be done to achieve a modern architecture for the cafe which can attract customers from the whole city.
As the building has lots of structural and masonry details, a full survey was done and a detailed 3D model was created. So this great 100 years old building that was susceptible to be destroyed has been documented and renovated as well. now this cafe is one of the most well-known ones in Tehran because of its historical inheritance and soothing atmosphere.
